CURRICULUM FOR TOMORROW LTD

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Updated June 2025
Curriculum for Tomorrow Ltd is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all aspects of our operations and supply chain. Although we are not legally required to publish a statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we uphold this standard voluntarily in line with our ethical and social values.
1. Organisational Structure and Supply Chain
We are a small business specialising in designing and auditing education, corporate training, CPD, and learning programmes within the UK public and private sectors. We operate without a supply chain involving manufacturing, shipping, or physical distribution. All content is created in-house or through direct collaboration with clients. We do not subcontract or employ freelance contributors.
2. Policies
Our internal policies reflect our zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking. These include:
- An Ethical Procurement and Partnership Policy
- A Safeguarding and Whistleblowing Policy
- A Code of Conduct
All policies are reviewed annually and aligned with UK legal standards.
3. Due Diligence
We carry out checks on any third-party services or software we procure to ensure they are compliant with UK employment and anti-slavery legislation. Although our supply base is minimal, we screen vendors on ethical practice and transparency.
4. Risk Assessment
Due to our digital nature of delivery (UK-based), the risk of modern slavery in our operations is low. However, we monitor for risk in areas such as:
- Digital platforms sourced internationally
- Cloud infrastructure vendors
- Professional service partnerships
5. Effectiveness Measures
We measure effectiveness via:
- Policy compliance checks
- Transparent procurement records
- Staff induction and awareness materials on ethical working practices
We commit to continuous improvement and annual reviews of any practices or partnerships that could pose risk.
6. Training and Awareness
All directors and staff are trained on ethical conduct, including modern slavery and human rights standards. Training is part of our onboarding and professional development ethos.
